Team #BeerAutismHope, All About Beer Magazine, Rogue Ales, and BSG HandCraft are proud to host the Hop Courage Great American Homebrew Contest.
Another homebrew competition? No, not like this one! For those unaware, homebrew competitions allow home based brewers to submit their beer for evaluation and ultimately have it be judged against others by set beer guidelines
The Hop Courage Great American Homebrew Contest is a sanctioned AHA/BJCP Sanctioned competition rewarding America’s finest homebrewers and benefits the Beer Autism Hope Movement, a cause that gives back to the autism community as well as charitable causes with the craft brewing community. That’s pretty cool in our book.
Hop Courage Great American Homebrew Contest is a homebrewing contest of epic proportions!
How epic you ask? The grand prize (Best in Show) is a trip for 2 to visit Rogue in Oregon where the winner will visit Rogues’s headquarters, Newport brewery on the Pacific ocean, Rogue’s hop farm, meet brewing legend John Meier and brew your winning recipe with a Rogue brewer! Did we mention the winning homebrew will go on tap at Rogue’s legendary Green Dragon Pub in Portland, OR!
In addition to epic prizes like above (swoon!), BSG HandCraft is proud to give the winners of all 28 categories 12 lbs. of premium malt grain and 6 oz. of various premium hops. BSG HandCraft is all about ingredients. Brew the best. Win the best!
